30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
- Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect item and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred by you.
